These Terms of Service govern your use of the MTL Clean Co. website and any cleaning services you reserve through it. By submitting a reservation request or using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

MTL Clean Co. is a residential cleaning service operating in Montréal, Québec. It is a brand operated by Mainfield & Co Ltd, the incorporated company behind MTL Clean Co.. All references to “we,” “us,” or “the company” refer to Mainfield & Co Ltd, operating under the MTL Clean Co.name.

2. Reservations and confirmation

Submitting the reservation form on this site is a request, not a binding contract. We will confirm your reservation by email or phone the same day, including a quoted price, the cleaner who will visit, and a precise arrival window. A reservation only becomes binding once you reply to confirm.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices on the site are starting estimates. Final pricing is confirmed in writing the same day you reserve. Once you approve your quote, payment confirms your booking: we schedule and start the work after payment is received, by Interac e-transfer or credit card. Card payments are completed on Stripe’s hosted checkout page; we do not store card numbers. Nothing is charged before you approve your quote.

4. Service area

Our confirmed service area is the Island of Montreal. We accept reservations from outside the island (e.g. Laval, Longueuil, the South Shore) but cannot guarantee confirmation.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate property details, lawful access to the home, and reasonable notice of any pets, valuables, or fragile items. You confirm you have the authority to authorize cleaning at the address provided.

6. Cancellations and reschedules

7. Satisfaction guarantee

If something was missed or doesn’t meet our standard, tell us and we’ll come back and re-clean the area at no extra cost. See our satisfaction guarantee for what it covers and how to request a re-clean.

8. Insurance and liability

Current proof of coverage is available on request before service. We do not represent a carrier or coverage limit unless it is confirmed separately in writing. If something is damaged during a visit, tell us promptly so we can document and investigate it with you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Québec consumer protection law.

9. Intellectual property

The MTL Clean Co. name, logo, and site content are our property. You may share links to the site freely; you may not reproduce or republish content without written permission.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes will be brought in the courts of the District of Montréal.
