These Terms of Service govern your use of the MTL Clean Co. website and any cleaning services you reserve through it. By submitting a reservation request or using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

MTL Clean Co. is a residential cleaning service operating in Montréal, Québec. All references to “we,” “us,” or “the company” refer to the business operating under the MTL Clean Co. name at the time of your reservation.

2. Reservations and confirmation

Submitting the reservation form on this site is a request, not a binding contract. We will confirm your reservation by email or phone within 48 hours, including a quoted price, the cleaner who will visit, and a precise arrival window. A reservation only becomes binding once you reply to confirm.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices on the site are starting estimates. Final pricing is confirmed in writing within 48 hours of your reservation. Payment is due after each completed visit, by Interac e-transfer or credit card. We do not collect payment information through this site.

4. Service area

During our 2026 validation campaign, our confirmed service area is the Plateau-Mont-Royal, Mile End, Outremont, Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie, and Villeray-Saint-Michel-Parc-Extension. We accept reservations from outside this area but cannot guarantee confirmation.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate property details, lawful access to the home, and reasonable notice of any pets, valuables, or fragile items. You confirm you have the authority to authorize cleaning at the address provided.

6. Cancellations and reschedules

7. Satisfaction guarantee

If something was missed or doesn’t meet our standard, tell us and we’ll come back and re-clean the area at no extra cost. See our satisfaction guarantee for what it covers and how to request a re-clean.

8. Insurance and liability

We carry commercial general liability insurance. If something is damaged during a visit, please tell us within 48 hours of the cleaner leaving so we can investigate and arrange repair or replacement. Our maximum liability for any single visit is the amount you paid for that visit, except where local law requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Québec consumer protection law.

9. Intellectual property

The MTL Clean Co. name, logo, and site content are our property. You may share links to the site freely; you may not reproduce or republish content without written permission.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes will be brought in the courts of the District of Montréal.
