Our cleans, with real example prices
Every home is a little different, so these are honest examples, not a fixed menu. Your firm price is confirmed the same day you reserve.
Standard clean

Recurring (bi-weekly or monthly) brings it to about $128.
Deep clean

How our pricing works
We price by the room, not by a rigid square-footage chart. You tell us the spaces that need cleaning, we do the math, and you get one clear all-in price. Here is what shapes it:
- Your rooms. Kitchen, living area, each bedroom, each bathroom. More rooms mean more time, so the price follows the home honestly.
- Frequency. Recurring schedules (bi-weekly or monthly) get 8% off a Standard clean. A home kept on a rhythm stays consistently easier to clean.
- Condition. How lived-in the home is and how long since the last thorough clean. A first clean usually takes longer than the ones that follow.
- Service type. Standard, Deep, or Move-in/out. The deeper services take more time and gear, so they cost a little more per room.

When we send you a confirmed price after seeing the details of your home, that’s what you pay. Even if it turns out the kitchen takes longer than we expected. The price you see is the price we honor.
If something genuinely changes the scope, like you discovered an extra room you forgot to mention, or the post-construction dust turns out to be twice what you described, we’ll stop and ask before we do the extra work. You’ll never get a surprise on the invoice.
