How the re-clean works

If you spot something within 7 days of the visit, message us. We come back. Standard policy, no fine print. The re-clean is at no cost. That’s the whole point.

What it does cover

Anything we cleaned that doesn’t meet the standard you’d expect: a spot we missed, a surface still dusty, a corner we skipped, a smudge we left on a mirror. If it’s in scope for the service you booked, it’s covered. We won’t haggle over whether a streak counts.

What it doesn’t cover

Honest expectations, not loopholes. The re-clean doesn’t cover pre-existing damage we documented before the visit (stained grout, scratched floors, hard-water buildup that needs a specialist). It doesn’t cover work outside the scope of the service you booked. A Standard clean doesn’t include inside the oven, that’s a Deep. And it doesn’t cover messes that happened after we left: your kid spilling milk on a freshly-mopped floor is on the kid, not us. If you’re not sure whether something’s in scope, ask before the visit and we’ll tell you straight.

What we won’t do

This part matters as much as the re-clean itself. When you tell us something fell short, here’s what you will never hear from us:

• Tell you the photos prove it’s fine when it isn’t.
• Charge you a re-clean fee.
• Argue with you about whether something counts.

How to invoke

The fastest path is to reply to the original confirmation email. You can also reach us at team@mtlclean.co or (514) 757-3160, or use the contact page. Tell us what fell short. A photo helps but isn’t required. We respond within 48 hours, usually faster, and arrange the return visit.

Because we’d rather make it right than argue about it, and because we’re new, so we earn trust by showing up.
